6. Returns & Refunds
As products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Spelling being “wrong” (it’s intentional)
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact page above. Photographic evidence may be required.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Due to the print-on-demand process, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
